Preparation / Directions:1. Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, onions, relish, seasonings, dressing. Mix well.
2. On heavy sheet of foil, shape meat mixture into flat 6 x 14 inch rectangle. Sprinkle with chopped sauerkraut and grated cheese, leaving a 1 inch border. 3. Starting with narrow end, carefully roll, as for jelly roll. 4. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. | ||||||||||||
