Royal Meatballs

Ingredients:


2 pounds ground beef

1 cup finely chopped onion

1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

1 jar spaghetti sauce -- (32 oz)

2 cups finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon paprika

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot

1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander

1 package Hot cooked spaghetti
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls; place meatballs on broiler pan, and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and drain meatballs on paper towels; set aside. Combine spaghetti sauce, onion, garlic and seasonings in a large Dutch oven. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add meatballs, and cook an additional 5 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
