Tasty Meat Loaf

Ingredients:


2 slices day-old bread -- crumbled

1 Cup milk

1 1/2 pound ground beef

1/4 Cup finely chopped onion

2 large eggs -- well beaten

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 Cup brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/3 Cup catsup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine crumbled bread and milk in a small bowl; allow to soak 5 minutes. Combine beef, onion, eggs, salt, and bread mixture; mix well. Shape meat mixture into a loaf; place in a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3 in loafpan. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 F for 11 hour or until done.
