Preparation / Directions:Using a chilled cordial or pony glass, pour in crème de cacao.
Very carefully, float half-and-half on top. This is sometimes done using the back of a spoon to prevent the ingredients' mixing together.
Spear a maraschino cherry, and place it carefully across the top of the glass before serving.
