Preparation / Directions:1. Place apricots, rum and corn syrup in blender container; cover; blend on high speed 10 seconds, or until smooth.
2. Add milk; cover; blend on high speed 10 seconds, or until frothy.
3. Pour into tall glass; sprinkle with cinnamon.
