Preparation / Directions:In a large saucepan, combine juice, cinnamon sticks, apples, dates, raisins, and vanilla. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Allow to cool. Cover and chill overnight.
Drain the liquid through a strainer or doubled layer of cheesecloth into a bowl. Pour liquid into a glass bottle with lid. Serve hot or cold. Store in refrigerator.
