Peanut Butter Biscuits

Ingredients:


---Blend thoroughly

1/2 Cup butter

1/2 Cup peanut butter

---Throw in and mix:

1 1/4 Cups flour

1/2 Cup sugar

1/2 Cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1/2 Teaspoon baking soda

1/2 Teaspoon baking powder

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

---Blend thoroughly

1/2 Cup butter

1/2 Cup peanut butter

---Throw in and mix:

1 1/4 Cups flour

1/2 Cup sugar

1/2 Cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1/2 Teaspoon baking soda

1/2 Teaspoon baking powder

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Roll into balls and place onto and ungreased cooking tray leaving a space for spreading. Flatten balls by crisscrossing with the tines of a forl. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes or until lightly brown.
