Preparation / Directions:heat the butter in a saucepot, over a medium flame add the onions, heat and stir for 5-6 minutes reduce flame to low add the salmon, heat and stir for 1-2 minutes add the cream cheese, heat and stir until melted remove from heat and transfer to a food processor process to a smooth puree with machine running, gradually add the half and half and sour cream process until very smooth cover and chill serve chilled, garnished with dill
