Basic Wheat Bread

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon yeast

2 cups gold medal inchbetter for bread inch flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon safflower oil

1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add ingredients to bread machine in the order listed and press START.
