Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

2 cups bread flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk

1 tablespoon butter/margarine

3/4 cup plus 1t water

Press SELECT for Normal Press START. Bread will be ready in 3 hours. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
