1 cup rye flour

2 1/2 cups bread flour

2 tablespoons wheat germ

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup beer -- flat, room temp

2 tablespoons molasses

2 teaspoons orange rind -- grated

6 teaspoons applesauce -- unsweetened

1/4 cup water -- 120 deg. f.

Put ingredients in according to instructions given by your machine.
