2 1/2 teaspoons Dry yeast

2 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk

1 cup Bread Flour

1/3 cup Whole wheat flour

2/3 cup Oats

2/3 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon Brown sugar

1/3 cup Carrot raw -- grated

2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil

1/2 cup Water

-----MEDIUM LOAF-----

2 1/2 teaspoons Dry yeast

3 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk

1 1/2 cups Bread Flour

1/2 cup Whole wheat flour

1 cup Oats

1 teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 tablespoons Brown sugar

1/2 cup Carrot raw -- grated

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

3/4 cup Water

-----LARGE LOAF-----

2 1/2 teaspoons Dry yeast

1/4 cup Nonfat dry milk

2 cups Bread Flour

2/3 cup Whole wheat flour

1 1/3 cups Oats

1 1/3 teaspoons Salt

2 tablespoons Brown sugar

2/3 cup Carrot raw -- grated

1 1/3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 cup Water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put everything into bread machine in order listed. Use "White Bread" setting.
