1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 cups bread flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons pepper -- freshly ground

1 cup swiss cheese -- grated

1 cup water -- warm

Place ingreds. in order above in bread pan of B/M. Set for white bread or French Bread.
