1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil |
1 large egg -- slightly beaten |
3 cups Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour -- Light Wheat |
2 tablespoons Buttermilk Ranch Dressing mix |
1/2 cup instant potato flakes |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons Rapid Rise Yeast -- Red Star brand |

Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order given. Bake on quick cycle, light crust setting.
