Ingredients:
1 cup water |
3 cups white bread flour |
1 Tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 Tablespoon olive oil |
1 cup corn meal |
1/2 cup creamed corn |
1/4 cup green chillies -- canned/diced |
1/2 Tablespoon jalapeno peppers -- canned/diced |
2 teaspoons cilantro -- dried |
3 teaspoons active dry yeast |

Preparation / Directions:
Drain canned chillies and jalapeno peppers well. Add all ingredients to
bread machine pan. Process on regular or rapid bake cycle. Makes a large
loaf.
