Cinnamon Swirl

Ingredients:


1 1/8 cups Water

1 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Margarine -- /butter

3 cups Bread flour

2/3 cup Raisins

2 teaspoons Yeast

2 tablespoons Sugar

---FILLING---

6 tablespoons Margarine -- melted

1 1/3 tablespoons Cinnamon

5 tablespoons Brown sugar

3 tablespoons Walnuts -- chopped

---GLAZE---

1 cup Powdered sugar -- +-

3 teaspoons Milk

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Use dough cycle Mix filling ingredients together. Roll dough into rectangles; spread with filling, and roll jelly-roll style. Pinch seams closed. Place on greased baking sheet, cover and let rise about 30-45 mins. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30-40 mins. or until golden brown and bread makes hollow sound when tapped. Mix glaze ingredients until desired consistency- fairly thick. Pour over bread while still hot.
