Cinnamon-Apple Bread

Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups Unsweetened applesauce

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 cups Rolled oats

1 1/2 cups Whole wheat bread flour

1 1/2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

1/2 cup Raisins -- (or diced dried apples)
 

Preparation / Directions:


This bread fills the house with a wonderful aroma.
