Date Nut Bread

Ingredients:


1 cup Water

1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine -- softened

2 1/4 cups Bread flour

2 tablespoons Sugar

1 tablespoon Dry milk

1 teaspoon Salt

1 1/4 teaspoons Dry active yeast

3/4 cup dates chopped

1/3 cup nuts chopped

--- -1.5 pound

1 1/3 cups Water

2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine -- softened

3 1/2 cups Bread flour

3 tablespoons Sugar

2 tablespoons Dry milk

2 teaspoons Salt

2 1/2 teaspoons Dry active yeast

1 cup dates chopped

1/2 cup nuts chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


*As soon as you press Start; set a separate minute timer for 15 minutes, at which time add the Dates and Nuts. Not for Timer Bread Setting Follow operating instructions for chosen size of bread, 1 pound or 1.5 pound
