French Rolls

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups warm water

2 tablespoons melted butter

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons yeast -- bread machine
 

Preparation / Directions:


In breadmaker, combine ingredients in order given; mix on dough setting. Turn out on lightly floured surface and punch down. Form dough into narrow loaf about 10 inches long; cut into eight pieces, then halve those. Place on greased baking sheet; cover and allow to rise until doubled. Bake at 400ΓΈ F. 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
