1 1/4 cups warm water |
4 1/3 cups bread flour |
4 tablespoons gluten |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons dry milk |
2 tablespoons shortening |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme |
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast |

Preparation / Directions:
Place ingredients in the bread pan in the order specified for your machine, all models are different.
Bake on the white bread setting. Can also use the delay feature. Top may be wrinkled.
