Ingredients:

1 package yeast

1 cup quick-cooking oats

3 cups bread flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 1/4 cups very warm water -- plus 1 tablespoon

Put all ingredients into the pan in the order listed, select white bread and push start.
