1/4 cup barley flakes* |
2 tablespoons wheat bran |
2 tablespoons dried minced onions |
2 tablespoons crumbled dried imported mushrooms |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water |

3 cups bread flour |
1/3 cup barley flakes* |
3 tablespoons wheat bran |
3 tablespoons dried minced onions |
3 tablespoons crumbled dried imported mushrooms |

Preparation / Directions:
Add ingredients to your Bread Machine pan in the order given. This recipe can be used with the regular or rapid time bake cycles.
*Barley flakes are available at health food stores.
