Pepperoni Pizza Bread

Ingredients:


--- (1 1/2 Pound loaf)

1 1/4 cup Water

3 cups Bread flour

1/3 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons Sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic salt

1 1/2 tablespoons Dried oregano leaves

1 3/4 teaspoons Yeast

2/3 package Sliced pepperoni

--- (2 Pound loaf)

1 1/3 cups Water

4 cups Bread flour

1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons Sugar

2 teaspoons Garlic salt

2 tablespoons Dried oregano leaves

1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast

1 cup Sliced pepperoni
 

Preparation / Directions:


Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except pepperoni in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add pepperoni at the raison/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Select Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack.
