1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon rum* |
1 tablespoon margarine or butter -- softened |
2 cups gold medal better for bread flour |
1/3 cup shredded coconut -- toasted |
1 tablespoon sugar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 3/4 teaspoons regular actinve dry yeast |

Preparation / Directions:
*1/2 teaspoon rum extract and 2 1/2 teaspoons water can be substituted for the rum.
