Pizza Hut Style Dough

Ingredients:


1 1/3 cups water

2 teaspoons sugar

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons corn meal

2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

1 cup bread flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

3/8 teaspoon msg -- optional

1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bread machine: add all ingredients according to manufacturer. Use dough setting. Food Processor: Place water, sugar, salt and olive oil in processor bowl. Pulse to dissolve sugar. Add yeast, flours and process till a soft ball forms. Remove, cover and allow to rise 45 minutes covered with a towel. By Hand: Use only all purpose flour.Follow processor instructions for addition of ingredients, knead 8-10 minutes and raise 45 minutes. Deflate dough gently, and allow to rest 15 minutes before shaping into crust. Refrigerate premade dough in an oiled bag for up to 2 days in the fridge if you want to make ahead.
