Ingredients:

1 cup water

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil

1/3 cup rye flour

2 2/3 cups bread flour

3 1/2 teaspoons zaatar

2 teaspoons ground coriander

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine in order given. Bake on regular cycle with light crust.
