Basic White Bread

It makes a 2 Pound Loaf.

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups water

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk

2 teaspoons salt

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

4 cups bread flour

1 tablespoons active dry yeast

Preparation / Directions:

Press menu select BASIC Press baking control for MEDIUM Press size of loaf to 2 POUND Press start. After baking press STOP. Remove bread from Bread Machine and baking pan. Cool on rack.
