Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:


2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup banana

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3/4 cup sugar

2 large egg

1/2 cup macadamia nuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


sift together dry ingredients combine banana, butter, and sugar-cream to mix well add eggs and dry ingredients to banana mixture-mix well fold in nuts pour into a well greased loaf pan (line bottom with parchment) bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes remove from oven and allow to cool slightly remove from pan and allow to cool completely serve at room temperature
