Basic Breakfast Bread Mix

Ingredients:


6 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup instant nonfat dry milk

1/4 cup baking powder

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup shortening
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 5 ingredients. Cut in the shortening until thoroughly mixed. Place in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry place; it will keep for 6 to 8 weeks.
