Ingredients:


2 cups cornmeal

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add all ingredients and mix well. If not consistant with cake batter, add a little more milk. Pour into 9x13 pan, and bake in 400 degree oven until brown on top.
