Corn-Cheddar Cheese-Oat Bran Bread

Ingredients:


1 package yeast

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup better for bread flour

1/2 cup oat bran

1/2 cup yellow corn meal

3 tablespoons gluten

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons honey

3/4 cup creamed corn -- warmed

1/2 cup durkee canned french fried

1 medium Onions

2 tablespoons bac-os bacon flavored bits

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 large egg

3/4 cup plus 2 tb warm water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Set machines browning control to light. Put all ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
