Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside
Mix apples, sugar and spread in bowl. Stir in egg beaters. Add flour mixture, stir just until moistened. Batter will be thick. Stir in cranberries and walnuts if desired.
Spread batter into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done. Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
