DILLY CHEESE BREAD |

Ingredients:
3 cups biscuit mix |
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese -- (6 oz.) |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon dried whole dillweed |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 large egg -- beaten |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Add remaining
ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loafpan. Bake at 350 F for 50
minutes or until loaf is golden brown.
