Dinner Rolls-For Bread Machine |

Ingredients:
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
1/4 cup sugar |
3 cups bread flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 large egg |
1/4 cup shortening |
3 tablespoons powdered milk |
1 1/2 cups water -- warmed |

Preparation / Directions:
Put all the ingredients in order into the bread maker.
Select the sweet bread/manual cycle for the breadmaker.
Only allow it to kneed and rise one time.
Grease hands and pinch off pieces and place on a cookie sheet that has been
sprayed with non-stick spray.
Let rise until double.
Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350
