Garlic Herb Bread

Ingredients:


--- 1 Lb. loaf

3/4 Cup water

2 Cup bread flour

2 Teaspoons dry milk

2 Teaspoons sugar

1 Teaspoon salt

2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning

1 1/2 Teaspoons garlic powder

2 Teaspoons butter

1 1/2 Teaspoons active dry yeast

---1 1/2 Pound Loaf

1 Cup Water + 2 Tablespoons water

3 Cup bread flour

1 Tablespoon dry milk

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 1/2 Teaspoons salt

1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

2 Teaspoons garlic powder

1 Tablespoon butter

2 Teaspoons dry active yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add water to pan. Add dry ingredients, except yeast, to pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients. Form a well in center. Place butter in corners of pan. Add yeast to well. Lock pan into bread maker. Program for BASIC/SPECIALTY. Start. If making 1 LB. loaf use light setting to prevent overbrowning.
