Preparation / Directions:Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in shallots and saute briefly, but do not brown. Remover from flame. Stir in parsley, tarragon, basil, oregano, and marjoram. Spread on bread. Toast in a gas broiler until bubbly and lightly browned.
