Jalapeno Corn Bread

Ingredients:


3 cups corn meal

2 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup oil

3 large beaten eggs

1 large onion -- grated

3 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup pickled jalapenos -- chopped f

1 cup creamed style corn

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar

2 ounces chopped crisp bacon

1/2 cup pimentos -- chopped

2 cloves mashed garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients and cook at 400 until done and brown, 30-45 minutes in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. The amount of jalapenos and garlic are really added according to taste and I usually add a few extras chilies.
