Jimenez Olive Bread

Ingredients:


2 cups buttermilk baking mix

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon onion -- minced

2/3 cup milk

12 1/4 ounces jalapeno-flavored

1 can sliced ripe black olives drained.

1/4 cup mild picante sauce

1 large egg -- beaten

2 tablespoons wesson corn oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


In bowl mix together baking mix,cheese,sugar and onion. Stir in gently remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Spread in greased 8-inch round baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 min. or until golden. Let cool 10 min. before cutting. Makes 6-8 servings.
