Ingredients:


1 package jiffy corn muffin mix

1/2 cup water or non fat dry milk

1 large egg -- optional, reduce liquid to 1/3 cup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix well and pour batter into greased 8 inch square aluminum baking pan. Bake with moderate heat for about 25 to 30 minutes. If you prefer a thicker muffin, use two packages Jiffy corn muffin mix with 1 cup water. For darker crust, use non fat dry milk solution instead of water.
