Ingredients:


1 package yeast

1/4 cup water

6 cups flour

2 teaspoons salt

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

2 teaspoons sesame seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


solften yeast in water combine 5-1/2 cups flour and salt in a large bowl make a well in the center pour in yeast mixture, milk, sugar, and butter-mix well turnout onto a lightly floured board knead until smooth and elastic place into a greased bowl, turn to coat evenly cover and allow to rise for 90 minutes, until doubled punch down dough, divide into 4 equal portions roll each portion into a 15 inch diameter round place on an ungreased pizza pan sprinkle with sesame seeds bake @ 350 degrees, on lowest rack of oven, for 20-25 minutes, until crisp and lightly browned cool completely store in airtight containers
