Preparation / Directions:Mix together dry ingredients, add in molasses, butter and egg whites. Sahpe into a ball and let rise until doubled in size.
Pinch down and shape into desired shape, place in baking pan (if using). Let rise 3/4 again and bake in a 400F oven about 20-30 minutes. Bread will sound hollow when tapped on the bottom when it is done.
