Polenta Cornbread

Ingredients:


1 cup flour -- sifted

1 cup polenta

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup sugar

1 large egg -- beaten

1 cup milk

1/4 cup cooking oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all ingredients. Pour into greased 8' square baking pan and bake at 425 for 20-25 min. or till brown. May also be baked in muffin tins. BTW, I used Sugar Twin in place of the sugar and it was just fin
