Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons Salt --

3 1/2 cups Flour

3 Cups Sugar

2 tablespoons Soda

1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Nutmeg

4 large eggs --

1 Cup Oil

1 Can Pumpkin (small can) --

1 Cup Chopped Nuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


In bowl sift together first 6 ingredients (all dry). In separate bowl beat eggs, oil and pumpkin until well blended add in dry ingredients that have been sifted together, then add in 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour batter evenly into bread pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Check center of bread using the toothpick method. If not done continue to cook at 15 minute increments.
