Spicy Jalapeno Corn Bread

Ingredients:


2 packages corn muffin mix 8-1/2 oz. each

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 medium jalapeno peppers -- chopped

1/2 cup canned or frozen corn kernels

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons honey
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. In a large bowl, combine the corn muffin batter, prepared according to directions, with the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 9" x 13" baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden. Let cool, then cut Serve with butter or honey for additional sweetness. Serves: 12 to 15
