Ingredients:


1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Start this process when you have time to play with it. In a glass jar or crockery bowl, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with enough water to make a thick, slightly runny paste. Set the jar out uncovered on the counter or the porch to let it start fermenting. It will bubble and start to smell beerlike after a couple of days. Once it does, you're ready to go with the pancake
