Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:


3 large eggs

2 Cup sugar

1 1/4 Cup oil

3 Cup flour

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt (scant)

2 Cup raw shredded zuchinni

1 teaspoon Vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat eggs, add sugar gradually, add oil and beat well. Add remaining dry ingredients and vanilla. Add zuchinni last. Bake 350 for 60 minutes.
