Preparation / Directions:Combine grated vegetables. Take 2 cups of mixture and add rest of ingredients; mix well. Heat small amount of oil in skillet and drop mixture by tablespoonfuls. Fry until golden brown on each side. Remember to fry slowly so vegetables will cook evenly.
