Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown sausage. Drain and set aside to cool. Prepare crust as directed on package. Spoon cooled sausage over crust and sprinkle with potatoes and the cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake about 30 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
