Honey Bunch French Toast

Ingredients:


4 large eggs -- slightly beaten

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons butter

16 slices whitebread

2 cups honey

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


In med. bowl combine the eggs , milk , 1/2 cup honey , and salt . In large skillet melt 6 tbs of butter over med. heat . Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and fry in butter until golden brown . In a small saucepan mix together the remaining ingredients and heat until warm . Serve over toast .
