Preparation / Directions:1. In small bowl, beat egg, water and green onion.
2. In small skillet, melt margarine; add egg mixture. Cook and stir until egg is set. Spoon egg mixture onto muffin; top with cheese. 3. Place on baking sheet; broil until cheese begins to melt. Top with salsa. Garnish as desired. | ||||||||
